Students from the following areas can apply for the Zihui project:
1, students from unstable families out of poverty, students from marginal poor families, students from minimum living guarantee families, and students from poor families.
2, children of martyrs, orphans and disabled students, disabled children.
3. Students who have financial difficulties due to unexpected events and other reasons.
Keiko Program is a scholarship that China Education Development Foundation is entrusted by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education to use the central special lottery public welfare fund to reward students from poor families who study in ordinary high schools and are academically excellent.
According to the regulations, the "Zihui Plan" focuses on supporting students from poor families who have set up a card, and all eligible ordinary high school students can apply to the school. Under normal circumstances, the award funds will be allocated to the school, and the school will distribute them to the rewarded students within 5 working days according to the prescribed award standards.
