1. The applicant will organize and handle matters related to applying for repair funds in strict accordance with the Management Measures and the Operation Manual, and bear all legal responsibilities arising from fraud and illegal operation.
2. After the completion of the renovation project, the applicant shall apply to the Housing Authority in the area for settlement on time as required. If the application is not handled within the time limit, the district council may regard the applicant as giving up the settlement, and the current owners' committee [community neighborhood committee] shall bear the responsibility.
3. The Industry Committee [Community Neighborhood Committee] promises to comply with the contract.
