The preliminary examination shall be conducted before the middle of May (that is, the preliminary examination of the Fund Committee is completed), and a notice of rejection shall be issued. If the applicant did not receive any news on May 2 1, the application was successful through letter review (communication review). Accept the re-examination application before June 12.
