According to the "Third Dividend Notice of Boshi Yufu Securities Investment Fund", Boshi Yufu Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") plans to start trading on May 11, 2007.

On the equity registration date, a dividend of RMB 12.10 will be distributed to fund unit holders for every 10 fund units.

The fund's subscription and conversion and transfer business will resume on May 11, 2007.
