Securities investment fund examination paper
20 16 Announcement of Qualification Examination for Fund Practitioners (Phase 3)

In order to meet the needs of industry development and talent reserve, China Asset Management Association has further enriched the examination organization forms and provided diversified examination services for the industry. Starting from June 20 16, the weekly examination of fund qualification appointment will be started. The relevant matters of the examination are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Having a high school education or above;

(3) The current/to-be-appointed senior managers of Public Offering of Fund manager and private equity fund manager, including legal representative/executive partner (to-be-appointed representative), chairman, general manager, deputy general manager, person in charge of institutional compliance/risk control/inspector general, etc. Fund custodian, manager of public offering business of fund sales organization, etc. ;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Second, the examination subjects

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds.

The examination time for a single subject is 120 minutes, and applicants can choose reference subjects according to their needs.

Third, the examination materials and outline

The textbook used in the examination is Securities Investment Fund compiled by China Asset Management Association. For details of the purchase method, please refer to the "Staff Management" column of the website of China Asset Management Association (link:10080/jjksreg/readme/book.html).
