Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 The name of this association is Shanghai Landscape Society.
Article 2 The Shanghai Landscape Society (hereinafter referred to as the Society) is a city-wide, academic, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by landscape workers and groups and registered in accordance with the law. It is an important social force in the development of the city's landscape undertakings.
Article 3 The purpose of this association: to unite the vast number of landscape workers, abide by the national constitution, laws, regulations and policies, and abide by social morals; implement the policy of "letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend", and adhere to the scientific attitude and excellent attitude of seeking truth from facts and advancing with the times.

Article 4 The Association accepts the business guidance and supervision of the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology) and the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Societies.
The Association is affiliated with the Shanghai Municipal Planning Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau, and Shanghai Municipal Personnel Bureau.

Chapter 3 Members of the Association Article 7 The Association has individual members and unit members. Individual members are divided into ordinary members, senior members and senior members.
Article 8 Ordinary members.
Anyone who supports the association's charter, has a certain professional level in landscape disciplines and related fields, and meets the following conditions can apply to become an ordinary member of the association.
(1) Scientific and technical personnel holding landscape architect qualification certificates; (2) Personnel with college or technical secondary school education background in landscape-related disciplines and engaged in landscape subject study and research; (3) Managers and long-term professionals who enthusiastically support the work of the society
People who learn to work.
Those who apply for membership must meet the above conditions. They must apply in person, be introduced by individual members of the Association, or be recommended by members of the Association's offices or units. After approval by the Association's Board of Directors, they will become ordinary members of the Association.
Article 9 Rights and obligations of ordinary members.
Rights: (1) The right to elect, be elected and vote of the Association; (2) Participate in the Association’s activities, publish papers in the Association’s books and periodicals, and enjoy the Association’s services; (3) The right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the Association
Right; (4) Participate in continuing education of vocational skills of the society; (5) Freedom to withdraw from membership.
Obligations: (1) Implement the resolutions of the Association; (2) Protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Association; (3) Complete the work assigned by the Association; (4) Pay membership fees as required; (5) Report the situation to the Association and provide relevant information

Article 10 Senior Members.
All ordinary members of this association who have the professional titles of professor, researcher and senior engineer at the corresponding level, or have landscape workers equivalent to the above-mentioned levels, shall apply in person, and shall be recommended by two directors or office or unit members of the association, and shall be approved by the association.
After approval by the Association's Board of Directors, you will become a senior member of the Association.
