I worked in the construction company 15 years and witnessed the changes of the company 15 years. In this critical period, the group leaders boldly changed the company's decision makers. After a year of continuous summary and reform, the company successfully entered the Hefei municipal market in 2009, which enabled the company to enter a healthy development.

"Dream+reality+determination = successful life", I remember a leader of the company told me that "choosing the road and bridge industry instead of doing a project by yourself is a lifelong regret. If the project is successful, you will never forget it. " I always remember this sentence and always use it to push myself forward. At the beginning of 20 16, the company handed over nine road projects, including Jin Lianhua Road, to me. With the great trust of the company's leaders, I immediately went to the "battlefield" of the construction site to organize the production management of the project as quickly as possible, and strive to create the greatest benefits for the company on the premise of quality and quantity. In the end, nine roads, including Jin Lianhua Road, were successfully delivered to meet the company's requirements. Of course, this process is not smooth sailing, but also encountered many difficulties, large and small. My job is to solve problems when encountering them, just as Dalio of Sweden said in Principles, "Encountering problems → diagnosing problems → solutions → implementing schemes", and this process is a very useful methodology. He can accumulate rich experience by solving these problems one by one, so that you can be more handy when you encounter problems next time, so that you can evolve yourself. However, in this society, everyone needs to evolve, everyone is evolving, and so are you. The success of the project mainly depends on management, and the project manager is the first person in charge of the project and the decision-maker of project management. The main responsibility of the project manager is to identify the risks that directly affect the success of the project, which exist in the whole life cycle of the project. Therefore, in order to avoid risks, the project manager will apply the 4P principles in project management, that is, plan, process, personnel, power and responsibility. Rui Daglio, the author of this book, is the founder of bridgewater United Fund and runs the largest hedge fund in the world. This is also the management principle that I need to study hard as a grass-roots project manager. From 2065438 to September 2007, the company appointed me as the project leader of Binhu Road Project in Xiaoxian County, which is also a new project (EPC project) of our company. After receiving the task, I quickly rushed to the project site, actively played the role of the leader of the design and construction consortium of Jiao Jian Company, listened to the owner's work arrangement and post-construction deployment, and contacted the design company to do a good job in the pre-project design. The book "Principles" made me feel a lot, and I have been trying to reflect on myself in the process of project management, such as finding things instead of people's specific reasons. When making decisions, we should pay attention to logic, explain the reasons and conform to the normal state. Summing up is very important. Learn to solve problems in your darkest corner, and you can't avoid problems, which will only make the failure more thorough. In the next project management, I will put these opinions into practice and put them into the whole project process management.
