Su Xin, male, 1968, born in Zhuozhou, Hebei Province, is a real estate elder in China. Bachelor of structural engineering from Tongji University, EMBA from China Europe Business School. He is currently the chairman of Gaohe Capital and the president of China Europe International Business School Real Estate Alumni Association. He was the executive director of SOHO China Limited. After leaving SOHO as executive director, Su Xin founded Gaohe Capital, the first commercial real estate fund and professional real estate asset management institution in China, in June 2009, focusing on investing in commercial real estate in the core areas of core cities. Gaohe Capital founded by Su Xin is called "tishman speyer" of China by New Real Estate.
