After passing the examination of relevant subjects organized by China Asset Management Association, you can apply to China Asset Management Association for fund qualification registration within four years. Those who have not applied for fund qualification registration through institutions for more than four years need to complete the follow-up training hours specified in the last two years or re-take the qualification examination before registration.

That is to say, there are two ways to deal with the effectiveness of the results: ① Re-taking the qualification examination for fund practice; ② Make up for 30 hours of follow-up training in the past two years.

Qualification certificate registration management

After the fund qualification registration, it shall participate in the annual inspection organized by China Fund Industry Association in accordance with the following provisions:

1. Qualification administrators of various institutions log on to the employee management platform, inquire about the list of employees who need to participate in the annual inspection, organize and urge employees to complete follow-up training according to regulations, and submit annual inspection applications to those who meet the annual inspection requirements on the employee management platform.

Note: Each institution is responsible for verifying the registration information and annual inspection information of its employees, and updating them in time according to relevant requirements to ensure that the information is true, complete and accurate.

2. After the annual inspection, the association will suspend the qualifications of employees who have not completed the annual inspection according to the regulations, and make an announcement on the website.

3. For the employees who fail to complete the rectification on schedule, our department will cancel their qualification certificates and record the relevant information in personal integrity files. The person whose qualification certificate has been cancelled shall not engage in fund-related business. If you want to restore the qualification certificate, you need to complete the follow-up training for nearly two years and submit the explanatory materials to the association.
