As of July 23, 2022, official website of Hangzhou Murong Assets showed that Hangzhou Murong Assets Company did not rate the risk of private equity funds, which violated the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Equity Funds. According to the provisions of Article 33 of the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Investment Funds, the Market Supervision Bureau decided to take regulatory measures to order its companies to make corrections. Its company was rectified on July 20, 2022.
