1. Catering benefits: The company provides dining subsidies to ordinary employees based on attendance; new employees are provided with free lunch; rice, porridge, soup, etc. are provided by the company during meals.

Housing benefits: According to national and local policies and regulations, employees pay housing provident funds; the company provides dormitories (fully equipped with air conditioners, TVs, water heaters, drinking fountains, etc.), or provides housing subsidies to employees who do not live in the company.
