1. The head of an autistic family or his client shall submit a written application to the township government (street office) where the household registration is located.

2. The township government (street office) shall examine and confirm the application materials submitted by the applicant through household surveys and information checking, and those who meet the requirements shall be included in the China Chinese Education Foundation.
