The expenses involved in the operation of the fund are divided into two categories:

1. The expenses incurred by fund customers in the process of fund sales mainly include subscription fee, redemption fee and fund conversion fee.

2. The expenses incurred in the process of fund management mainly include fund management fees and custody fees, which shall be borne by the fund assets.
