3. Maintenance fund receipt (name of the seller, or "special receipt for urban residential maintenance fund").

Treatment process

1. The buyer shall go to the front desk of the business hall of the office with the above materials.

2. After reviewing the materials, the central teller will print the business receipt and return the changed maintenance fund receipt and house maintenance fund transfer receipt to the purchaser.
