The objects of this round of adjustments are work-related injuries that occurred before January 1 and were previously identified as level 1 to level 6 receiving disability allowances, dependent relatives of employees who died on the job, and injured employees who have reached the life care level, including on January 1
Old work-related injuries were previously included in the work-related injury insurance fund to pay regular benefits.
The specific adjustment standards are: The monthly disability allowance increases for disabled employees from level one to level four are: RMB 366 for level one, RMB 346 for level two, RMB 325 for level three, and RMB 305 for level four.
If the benefits of disabled employees in grades one to four are lower than the guaranteed amount of 2,733 yuan, 2,582 yuan, 2,430 yuan, and 2,278 yuan respectively after the additional issuance according to regulations, the payment will be calculated based on the guaranteed amount.
For work-injured employees who are identified as having level five to level six disabilities and who retain a labor relationship with the employer, their disability allowance will be paid by the employer on a monthly basis. The additional disability allowance is RMB 285 for level five and RMB 244 for level six.
If the adjusted disability allowance for grades five to six is ??lower than the guaranteed amount of 2,126 yuan and 1,822 yuan respectively, it will be calculated and paid according to the guaranteed amount.
The living care fees are adjusted as follows: 2,531 yuan for those who cannot take care of themselves at all; 2,025 yuan for those who cannot take care of themselves for most of their lives; and 1,519 yuan for those who cannot take care of themselves partially.
For those who enjoy the pension for dependent relatives, the monthly increase will be adjusted according to the dependent object: an additional monthly payment of 163 yuan for a spouse; an additional monthly payment of 122 yuan for other relatives.
For those who are widowed, elderly or orphaned, the calculation will be increased by 10% based on the increase standard.
