Established in 2007, Tengfei China Commercial Real Estate Fund (ACCF) is a private real estate fund with a total investment of S $800 million (about RMB 4 billion), investing in high-quality commercial real estate projects in first-tier cities in Chinese mainland. At present, Tengfei China Commercial Real Estate Fund holds three A-class commercial buildings in the central area of Shanghai, including Tengfei Pratt & Whitney Building and Ocean Building in the central business district of Huangpu District, and Tengfei Building in Xujiahui.
