IWC has reached an acquisition agreement with a private equity-controlled company under CITIC Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., with an enterprise value of 3.8 billion yuan, including a data center project in Shunyi District, Beijing, named IWC Beijing 14 data center.
