Application conditions
The applicant shall be a person who intends to enter or enter the post-doctoral research station in 2022 and meet the following conditions:
It has good scientific research potential and academic ethics.
Postdoctoral researchers who plan to enter the station must be full-time doctors who have obtained their doctoral degrees within 3 years, and fresh doctoral graduates are given priority under the same conditions. The new doctoral graduates who intend to enter the station have met the basic requirements for doctoral thesis defense at the time of application, and have initially selected postdoctoral co-tutors and worked out a preliminary research plan with the co-tutors.
Post-doctoral researchers who have recently entered the station must be those who have entered the station since March 1 2002, and have not applied for the post-doctoral innovative talents support program or the special support of China Post-doctoral Science Fund before (before entering the station); The doctoral degree must be obtained after 202 1 1 1 (inclusive); You must rely on your post-doctoral research mobile station and workstation to apply, and you must not change your co-tutor.

Declared items belong to natural science, and classified items must be decrypted. Basic research is mainly oriented to artificial intelligence, quantum information, integrated circuits, life and health, brain science, biological breeding, aerospace science and technology, deep sea and other basic sciences, cross theory and frontier fields; Applied research is mainly oriented to the new generation of information technology, biotechnology, new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, new energy vehicles, environmental protection, aerospace, marine equipment, digital economy and major engineering technologies and technologies in various fields.
The applicant's postdoctoral tutor should be a high-level expert with profound academic attainments and can provide the applicant with a high-level scientific research platform. It is inclined to major national science and technology projects, national strategic science plans and scientific projects, national laboratories and state key laboratories.
Doctors and foreign doctors returning from studying abroad are not allowed to apply for this program (relevant personnel can pay attention to the "Introduction Project of Postdoctoral International Exchange Program").
Not selected for China Association for Science and Technology's Young Talents Support Program and Postdoctoral International Exchange Program (sending projects and introducing projects). If you have been selected into the talent plan of other countries, you must indicate it in the application.
The selected person must transfer the personnel relationship to the post-doctoral station when going through the entry formalities, and ensure that he is fully engaged in post-doctoral research.
