China Youth Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "China Youth Foundation", translated into English as "China Youth Development Foundation", hereinafter referred to as "CYDF") is a national, non-governmental and non-profit social organization in China, which was established on March 20 14 1989.

The China-Africa Hope Project is under the responsibility of the China-Africa Hope Project Fund, which is a special public welfare fund set up by enterprise legal persons, social organizations and natural persons to the China Youth Development Foundation to carry out public welfare service activities in line with the fund's mission. The service scope is to build Hope Primary School in Africa and help poor students. The first phase of the work was carried out in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Malawi and other East African countries. On March 8th, 20 1 1, the China Youth Development Foundation and the Tanzanian Ministry of Education signed a donation agreement for Project Hope in the Presidential Palace of Tanzania, and the "Project Hope in Africa" (hereinafter referred to as "Project Hope in Central Africa") was officially launched in Tanzania, marking the first batch of hope primary schools settled in Tanzania.
