With the consent of the municipal government, the new unemployment insurance payment standard will be implemented in the whole city from September 1st. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Scope of application

The city's unemployment insurance standard is divided into two categories:

Category I: Wanzhou District, Qianjiang District, Fuling District, Yuzhong District, dadukou district, Jiangbei District, Shapingba District, Jiulongpo District, Nan 'an District, Beibei District, Yubei District, Banan District, Changshou District, jiangjin district, Hechuan District and Shapingba District.

Category II areas: 15 counties including liangping county, Chengkou, Fengdu, Dianjiang, Wulong, Zhongxian, Kaixian, Yunyang, fengjie county, Wushan, Wuxi, Shizhu, Xiushan, Youyang and Pengshui.

the payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits in the first-class areas is adjusted to 875 yuan/month, and that in the second-class areas is adjusted to 85 yuan/month.

III. Funding channels

The funds needed to distribute unemployment insurance benefits shall be paid by the unemployment insurance funds of all districts and counties (autonomous counties), and the insufficient part shall be applied to the municipal unemployment insurance fund for adjustment according to regulations.

IV. Work Requirements

The human resources, social security and financial departments of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) should attach great importance to it, strengthen coordination, carefully organize it, and do a good job in all the work after the adjustment of unemployment insurance standards. All districts and counties (autonomous counties) unemployment insurance agencies should strengthen policy consulting services, optimize business processes, improve the efficiency of acceptance and distribution, and ensure that eligible unemployed people receive unemployment insurance benefits in full and on time. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the management services for the unemployed, provide them with employment services such as career guidance, job introduction and skills training in time, and help them find jobs as soon as possible.
