Asia Animal Foundation (AAF), headquartered in Hongkong, China, is a non-governmental, non-profit, public welfare and welfare charity international organization, aiming at ending animal cruelty in Asia, calling for stopping the slaughter and use of domestic pets such as cats and dogs as food, calling for banning the bear breeding industry in which catheters are inserted into the abdomen of black bears to extract bile, and hoping to eliminate the use of animal organs as raw materials for drug production by advocating the use of alternative drugs.
