In cooperation with the government of China and other partners, UNICEF is committed to improving the lives of the most vulnerable children in remote and poor areas of China. We have cooperated in pilot innovative projects to improve the situation of children and promote their rights. For successful pilot projects in practice, we support the efforts of the China Municipal Government to expand the scope of implementation of these projects and formulate policies based on evidence.

3. Water and sanitation
Our water and sanitation projects help children all over China, mainly in remote rural areas, ethnic minorities and emergencies. 4. Child protection
UNICEF China Office and its partners are committed to protecting and caring for children in difficult situations, including abandoned children, orphans, street children, abducted children, children subjected to violence, abuse and exploitation, and disabled children.
Our child protection project benefits all children in China, mainly children in remote rural areas, ethnic minority children and urban street children. Our project covers many fields, including: helping street children reintegrate into society through pilot projects; Promote the development of day care centers for disabled children; Promote the implementation of migrant children's service projects.
