Why do some funds rise hundreds of points a day?
The average fund won't rise that much. Under special circumstances, if the fund is redeemed and the scale of the fund is not very large, it may rise by 100, because according to the regulations, the redemption fee charged by the fund shares of Class A funds with a holding period of less than 30 days is fully included in the fund property; 75% of the redemption fee charged for the fund shares of Class A funds with a holding period of not less than 30 days but less than 3 months is included in the fund property, so the redemption fee will be included in the fund assets on that day, and the net value will skyrocket.
