The application is made through the Internet, and the applicant can log on to the National College Students' Entrepreneurship Service Network (cy.ncss.org.cn) and submit the entrepreneurial project information as required. Entrepreneurial projects are required to reflect the characteristics of the times, conform to the development direction of national key industries, and represent the entrepreneurial level of college students in the region or our school. College students' entrepreneurial projects that have achieved corporate operation, have certain social and economic benefits and are in urgent need of financial support will be given priority. For entrepreneurial projects with good development prospects, the Fund Management Committee will also recommend relay funds and provide relevant technical support. The deadline for project application this year is June 30th, and overdue projects will be included in the next annual review.

The National College Students' Entrepreneurship Fund consists of two funds: Tuhua Education College Students' Entrepreneurship Fund and Jialong College Students' Entrepreneurship Public Welfare Fund. The total scale of funds has increased to 20 million yuan, providing at least 4 million yuan of financial support for college students' entrepreneurship every year. The fund plans to support 20 to 30 entrepreneurial projects every year, with a maximum subsidy of 300,000 yuan for each project. The object of the fund is college students who are honest and law-abiding, have entrepreneurial spirit and ability, and are fully prepared for starting a business.
