Li Xiaohua was born in an ordinary worker's family in Beijing. He has four brothers, his father is honest and strict, and his mother is kind. 1968, 16-year-old Li Xiaohua was involved in the tide of going to the countryside and went to the Great Northern Wilderness in northern China with thousands of young intellectuals.
After eight years of training, Li Xiaohua finally returned to Beijing. He worked as a boiler worker, a cook and a small business selling clothes. At a Canton Fair, he saw an American-made cold drink machine and bought it with all his money. This summer, he took it to Beidaihe Beach to sell cold drinks, and soon realized his primitive accumulation.
Li Xiaohua is not content to be a millionaire, let alone live a comfortable life with money. After some consideration, he went to Fusang and went to Japan. He studied Japanese while working, washed dishes in restaurants and served as an apprentice in a Japanese trading company.
A year later, he started his own company and obtained the agency right of "Zhang Guang 10 1 Hair Regenerator" in Japan. Under his active operation, the product "10 1" became a household name in Japan. Li Xiaohua was called "the outstanding student in China" by the Japanese press, and Japanese Prime Minister Toshiyuki Kaibu personally met him.

1992, Li Xiaohua donated 2 million yuan to Project Hope to build a modern comprehensive school, Xiaohua School, with 24 classrooms, including a computer room and an audio-visual classroom, which solved the schooling difficulties of 750 school-age children.
1993, he donated 360,000 yuan to help 1000 out-of-school children return to school in poverty-stricken areas of Hebei province, and also donated1000 yuan to set up an "excellent teacher award fund" in Chongwen district primary school in Beijing. From 65438 to 0994, he donated 2 million yuan to his alma mater, Beijing No.22 Middle School, to improve school conditions and repay the kindness of his alma mater.
1995, he donated 2 million yuan to the Education Commission of Heilongjiang Province, including 1 10,000 yuan to build "Xiaohua Middle School" in Suihua City, and 1 10,000 yuan to set up "Black Land Education Fund" in the Great Northern Wilderness where he once lived, in recognition of outstanding educators who have made achievements in the education of the Great Northern Wilderness; 1996 after the Yunnan earthquake, he donated 500,000 yuan to establish a comprehensive school in Luquan, the most difficult area in Yunnan, which provided ethnic minority students with the opportunity to study again.
