Professor Wang Kuan Cheng is not a real professor. Professor Wang Kuancheng is a position, not a person. Professor Wang Kuancheng was named Wang Kuancheng because he was the president of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and his ancestral home was in Zhejiang. One year before his death, 1985 set up the Wang Kuancheng Foundation in Hongkong, with the purpose of cultivating senior scientific and technological talents for China and studying abroad for China people.
