Fund sales license refers to the license issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission to prove that enterprises or institutions engaged in fund product sales are qualified for fund sales, in which fund sales license is the premise for relevant enterprises and institutions to become fund sales institutions.

According to the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Public Offering of Securities Investment Funds Sales Organizations, commercial banks, securities companies, futures companies, insurance companies, insurance brokerage companies, insurance agencies, securities investment consulting institutions and independent fund sales organizations should apply for registered fund sales business qualifications and securities and futures business licenses from the local China Securities Regulatory Commission.
