1. Direct expenses include: equipment fees, material fees, test and laboratory processing fees, fuel and power fees, travel/conference/international cooperation and exchange fees, publishing/documentation/information dissemination/intellectual property affairs fees , labor fees, expert consulting fees, and other expenses.

2. Indirect funds include: related expenses incurred by the host unit during the organization and implementation of the project that cannot be included in the direct expenses. They are mainly used to compensate for the existing instruments and equipment provided by the host unit for project research. Housing, water, electricity, gas, heating consumption, related management expenses, and performance expenditures, etc.
