Legal analysis: "Electronic medical insurance card" is the electronic version of medical insurance card. It is an electronic media of medical insurance identity identification issued by the national medical insurance information platform and generated for all insured persons based on the basic medical insurance information base, and it is also the unified identification information issued by the national medical insurance information platform. The "electronic medical insurance card" does not depend on the physical card, but has the same working status as the original medical insurance ic card, and is an identification carrier representing the insured's personal medical insurance information.
