About invitations.
According to the requirements of the China Scholarship Council, the invitation letter should be printed on the letterhead of the school where you plan to study, and signed by the person in charge of the competent department or the instructor.
The invitation letter should include the following 7 aspects: a.
Basic information of the applicant: applicant’s name, date of birth, domestic institution, etc.; b.
Study abroad status: pursuing a doctoral degree or jointly training doctoral students; c.
Duration of study abroad: The period of study abroad and the start and end dates should be clearly stated; d.
Information about foreign instructors; e.
Those majoring in studying abroad or the invitees intend to engage in main study/research work abroad; f.
Free tuition or tuition assistance and other related fee information (applicants need to obtain funding from the National Study Abroad Fund) g.
Signature and contact information of the person in charge of the overseas school.
