The housing provident fund is a long-term housing savings deposited by state agencies, state-owned enterprises, urban collective enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, urban private enterprises and other urban enterprises, institutions, private non-enterprise units, social groups and their employees.
Conditions for withdrawing the housing provident fund: 1. Those who purchase, build, renovate, or overhaul self-occupied housing with housing rights; 2. Those who retire or retire; 3. Those who have completely lost their ability to work or are severely disabled, and have been separated from the unit
The labor relationship has been terminated or terminated; 4. The monthly rent of the rented house has exceeded 15% of the family's monthly salary income; Article 24 of the "Housing Provident Fund Management Regulations" The employee has one of the following circumstances
, the balance in the employee housing provident fund account can be withdrawn: (1) Those who purchase, build, renovate, or overhaul their own homes; (2) Those who retire or retire; (3) Those who completely lose their ability to work and terminate their labor relationship with the unit

In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, when the employee housing provident fund is withdrawn, the employee housing provident fund account shall be canceled at the same time.
If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs or legatees can withdraw the balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; if there is no heir or legatee, the balance in the employee's housing provident fund account will be included in the appreciation income of the housing provident fund.
