Chairman Cai holds a master's degree in economic management from Zhejiang University.

Cai worked in Zhejiang Net New, Zheshang Fund and Penghua Fund, and later joined. She used to be the deputy general manager of the wealth management department and the sales and trading department, responsible for product design, agency sales and capital introduction of all private equity businesses. She founded Ling Jun Investment on 20 14, and now she is in charge of all the non-investment affairs of the company.
