Payment of wages refers to the amount of wages deducted from the total wages of employees participating in overall planning. The special industry allowances deducted include food allowance for sailors, divers and navigation AIDS, sailing allowance for sailors, diving operation allowance, mobile construction allowance, field investigation allowance, driver's driving allowance and island allowance. Fourteenth employees' monthly payment salary exceeds 300% of the average salary of local employees in the previous year, which is not included in the base of individual payment salary of employees, nor in the base of basic old-age insurance benefits. If the monthly payment wage of employees is lower than 60% of the local average wage in the previous year, the individual payment wage of employees shall be paid according to 60% of the local average monthly wage.
