Submit the application and participate in the evaluation: foreign postdoctoral fellows need to submit all the application materials to the postdoctoral fund management institution in China as required. After the application deadline, according to the evaluation procedure, the applicant needs to participate in the interview or defense session, and the application results will be announced after a certain evaluation time.

2. Abide by the regulations on the use of funds: When the application is approved, foreign postdoctoral fellows are required to abide by the regulations on the use of postdoctoral funds in China during their postdoctoral research in China, including conducting research according to the research plan and requirements, submitting applied research results and reports, and also observing the financial and management regulations during the use of funds.
