Medical expenses that do not need to be paid after a traffic accident shall be paid by the insurance company or the accident social assistance fund management institution; 2, because according to the provisions of Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall notify the insurance company of the traffic accident that the insurance company needs to pay the rescue fee for rescuing the injured; 3. If the road traffic accident relief fund needs to be paid in advance for rescuing the injured, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall notify the social relief fund management institution for road traffic accidents. Then, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall determine the responsibility of the parties according to the role played by their behaviors in the traffic accident and the severity of their faults.
