The fund qualification examination includes subject 1 (fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms), subject 2 (basic knowledge of securities investment funds) and subject 3 (basic knowledge of private investment funds). Candidates can meet the registration requirements of practicing qualification only by passing the examination of subject 1 and subject 2, or by passing the examination of subject 1 and subject 3.

The examination time for each subject of the Fund Qualification Examination is 120 minutes, and the examination questions are all multiple-choice questions, each subject has 100, and the score of each question is 1. The total score of the test paper is 100, and the passing line is 60. Each candidate is limited to two subjects per examination day. Only one city can be selected for subjects on the same examination day.
