Fund managers do not bear the risk of loss. The investment risk of the Fund shall be borne by the fund share holders in proportion to their fund shares. Simply put, the risk of the fund is borne by the investors themselves, and has nothing to do with the fund manager and fund custodian.

Fund manager: Each fund is decided by a manager or a group of managers. The investment portfolio is selected according to the investment objectives of the fund prospectus, which is determined by the investment strategy of the fund manager.
