Small and micro enterprises include agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, industry, construction, wholesale, retail, transportation, warehousing, postal services, accommodation, catering, information transmission, software and information technology services, real estate development and management, property management, leasing and business services, and other industries not listed.

Registration conditions for small and micro enterprises

(1) The applicants are the following persons with the household registration (including collective household registration) in this Municipality:

1, nine groups of people: college graduates, laid-off workers, returning migrant workers, rural migrants, immigrants from the Three Gorges reservoir area, disabled people, retired soldiers from urban and rural areas, cultural and creative personnel, and information technology personnel.

2, college students interested in information technology, cultural creativity, high-tech industries, can bid for micro enterprises.

From March 20th 11May1day, advanced model workers can apply for micro-enterprises. The above-mentioned personnel should be over 18 years old and have, among them, men should not exceed 60 years old and women should not exceed 55 years old.

Applicants who have been authorized by the national patent, have a long working life (more than 20 years) or have a high reputation for good health can be relaxed to 70 years for men and 65 years for women.

Company registration process

6. Corporate tax report

After the business license and official seal are successfully processed, you need to go to the local IRS for tax registration.
