Prepare materials and tools, double-sided gauze, needle and thread, rubber band and electric iron.

First, turn the double-sided gauze upside down, fold a 1 cm edge, and then iron it.

Fold the inside of the double gauze in half, and then sew 1 cm from above.

Put the seam in the middle and iron it. Then turn back to the front and iron it again.

Fold both ends inward once, leaving a distance of 1cm on the outside.
