The overall fund does not refer to the money in the medical insurance card. Not all types of medical insurance money will be transferred to the insured's social security card. There are two kinds of medical insurance accounts, one is the overall fund account and the other is the individual account. Generally speaking, employees' medical insurance consists of two types of accounts, while residents' medical insurance only has a pool fund account and no personal account.
