The withdrawal rate of funds can be used as an important reference index for selecting funds, but it should not be used as the only index for selecting funds. The rise and fall of the fund is ultimately determined by the investment target.
Reasons for fund withdrawal
1, the fund fluctuates with the market, and the price of any investment product is in a state of fluctuation, so is the fund. When the stock market falls, there will be capital withdrawal;
2. Poor fund performance will lead to withdrawal. In the case of poor performance, the withdrawal rate of the fund will be higher than the market average withdrawal rate;
3. The withdrawal of funds caused by the Black Swan incident and the market that backfired in the investment market are collectively referred to as the Black Swan incident.
