Guanghua means Guanghua Foundation. Guanghua School of Management of Peking University used to be called Peking University School of Management, but later it was sponsored by Taiwan Province Guanghua Foundation, so it was renamed Guanghua School of Management. The same is true of HSBC Business School of Peking University and Antai School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University, but HSBC and Antai are enterprises, not funds.

It seems that only Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and Lingnan College of Zhongda University in China have received financial support from the Foundation, which is quite special.
