According to Article 5 of the Operating Rules for the Management of Grain Risk Fund of Agricultural Development Bank of China, the accounting department should set up "Grain Risk Fund Grain Risk Fund" under the subject of "4 12 Grain Risk Fund Deposit", and use accounting subjects to indicate the increase or decrease of grain risk fund deposit. The special account deposit funds shall bear interest quarterly according to the unit deposit rate, and the interest income shall be transferred to the principal of the grain risk fund, which shall be managed by the provincial finance, but it shall not be used to offset the funds that should be put in place by the provincial finance.
