3, mass entrepreneurship support project subsidies
College students (including graduates from ordinary universities, vocational schools and technical colleges within five years of graduation, as well as students in school and returned overseas students within five years of graduation) who set up small and micro enterprises for the first time and act as legal representatives can apply for mass entrepreneurship support projects as entrepreneurs. The provincial finance will give a top-level subsidy of 20,000 yuan to 654.38+0.5 million yuan to those projects that are assessed as provincial-level mass entrepreneurship support projects. If the city and county levels are rated as excellent tickets, the local social department and the financial department will open an APP of 654.38+0.5 million yuan.

4. Personal commercial secured loans
If college graduates start their own businesses, they can apply for business guarantee loans of no more than 200,000 yuan for individuals and no more than 3 million yuan for small and micro enterprises; For eligible borrowers with business guarantee loans to start a business in partnership, the loan amount may be appropriately increased according to the number of business partners, and the maximum amount shall not exceed 65,438+00% of the total amount of eligible personal loans. The longest loan period is 3 years, and loans that meet the financial discount conditions are given discount according to regulations.

First, the project support object
1. The applicant must be a college student who graduated after 2020 (including 2020);
2. The applicant must be the person in charge of the project (legal representative, actual controller and major partner);
3. The application project must be in industrial and commercial registration, the registered place must be engaged in agriculture-related industries in the county (excluding municipal districts in principle), and the registered place can be engaged in agriculture-related or non-agriculture-related industries in rural areas (townships, towns and villages).
4. The application project should be a start-up small and micro project, with strong capital demand and certain development prospects.
