A pension is a pension reward for a specific person.

Various benefits; while serving in active service, their family members will continue to enjoy the relevant welfare benefits for the family members of employees of the unit.
The contracted land (mountains, forests), etc., that conscripts and junior non-commissioned officers had before joining the army should be retained; during their active service, except for paying relevant taxes and fees in accordance with relevant national regulations and the contract agreement, they will be exempted from other burdens.
Regular letters sent by conscripts from the army are delivered free of charge.
Article 34 The state shall guarantee the medical expenses of disabled servicemen from level one to level six in accordance with regulations, and the social insurance agency in the local medical insurance coordinating area shall maintain separate accounts and manage them.
Specific measures shall be formulated by the Civil Affairs Department of the State Council in conjunction with the Human Resources and Social Security Department and the Finance Department of the State Council.
The medical expenses for the recurrence of old injuries of disabled servicemen in grades seven to ten will be paid by the work-related injury insurance fund if they have participated in work-related injury insurance. If they have not participated in work-related injury insurance, the medical expenses will be paid by their work unit if they are employed, and by the local people's government at or above the county level if they are unemployed.
Responsible for solving the medical expenses other than the recurrence of old injuries of disabled servicemen at level 7 to level 10. If they do not participate in medical insurance and have difficulty paying themselves, the local people's government at or above the county level will provide subsidies at the discretion of the local people's government.
Disabled servicemen, demobilized servicemen, veterans returning home with illness, and the bereaved families of servicemen who died in the line of duty or who died of illness enjoy preferential medical treatment.
Specific measures shall be stipulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
The central government will provide appropriate subsidies to difficult areas with a large number of pension and preferential treatment recipients to help solve the medical expense difficulties of pension and preferential treatment recipients.
