Money funds and bond funds have gains in the New Year, while stock funds, hybrid funds, index funds and ETF funds have no gains in the New Year. Because they invest in a basket of stocks and do not trade stocks in the New Year, the funds have no gains in the New Year.

The trading hours of funds are the same as those of stocks: 9: 30am-1:30am from Monday to Friday, and1:30pm-3: 00pm-15: 00pm. Trading is not allowed on legal holidays.
