After completing the application, the applicant submits the electronic application and its attachments online, downloads and prints the final PDF version of the application, and ensures that the paper application is consistent with the electronic version. The applicant shall promptly submit the original signed paper application form and other attachments such as relevant certification letter, recommendation letter, commitment letter and original paper materials required by special instructions to the supporting unit.
