Over-the-counter transactions of funds can be conducted through direct sales of fund companies, banks, securities companies and third-party sales platforms. OTC funds operate by subscription or redemption. OTC funds are not allowed to trade on the exchange.
All open-end funds, including LOF funds and some ETF-linked funds, can be purchased off-site, and most off-site funds can be fixed and converted. Over-the-counter subscription is traded at the net value of the day, and there is only one price per day.
