The standard of medical subsidy for one-time work-related injury is calculated according to the average monthly salary of employees in the overall planning area in the previous year, with the fifth gear being 16 months and the sixth gear being 14 months. The disability employment subsidy is calculated according to my monthly salary, which shall not be lower than the minimum monthly salary standard in the overall planning area.
