Article 44

Article 45

Those who fail to report the relevant documents to the civil affairs department for the record in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not enjoy tax concessions.

The trustee of a charitable trust can be a charitable organization or a trust company determined by the trustor.

Article 47

If the trustee of a charitable trust violates the trust obligations or is difficult to perform his duties, the trustor may replace the trustee. The changed trustee shall, within seven days from the date of change, report the change to the original civil affairs department for re-filing.
